Pierre Mignon Grande Reserve

GRANDE RÉSERVE is an elegantly refined Brut Champagne with a pale yellow hue and a delicate sparkle. Its aroma unfolds from subtle jasmine and orange blossom to vibrant citrus and red fruit notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and fresh, revealing hints of woodland and wild mushroom, perfectly balanced by its lively effervescence. The finish is fruity and rounded, making it an ideal companion for aperitifs, stewed cod with chanterelles, duckling with quince, or apricot tart, best enjoyed at 7-9°C. Crafted from 80% Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir, and 10% Chardonnay, it undergoes 36 months of ageing on the lees with an 8g/L dosage.

Recognized for its excellence, it was awarded a Silver Medal at Vinalies Internationales 2018.
