Originating from Chile's Elqui Valley, this wine offers vibrant red fruit aromas like raspberries and sour cherries, balanced with earthy notes and a refreshing acidity. Perfect for elegant occasions, it pairs well with a variety of dishes, showcasing silky tannins and a smooth, fruity finish.
This wine is crystal clear with a pale rose gold hue, made in a Provençal style from 53% Grenache, 28% Syrah, and 19% Cinsault. Whole bunches were pressed under dry ice using the Champagne press cycle, with less than 3 hours of skin contact to maximize fruit flavour and minimize colour transfer. The grapes were picked between 12 and 28 February 2023 and bottled on 14 September 2023.

Taste: A delicate floral perfume of rose petals, white cherries, and peaches fills the nose, with a touch of oyster shell salinity. The palate is generous, crisp, and full-bodied, with a smooth and creamy texture. This elegant wine offers a long, multi-layered finish, sparkling like a diamond, with flavours of early-season cherries and a hint of Riverstone minerality.
